Description of Applications:
PC
Acuity 2.0 is a program designed to measure Visual Acuity with accuracy
and versatility using only a common personal computer. The great accuracy of the
measurement, as well as the possibility of automatic evaluation of the patient without the
examiner's subjective intervention makes it ideal for the examination of visual acuity in
the private practice as well for scientific investigation.
Low cost and portability (one 3.5 disk) makes it an extremely useful accessory for the visual health care professional.

PC Perimetry 2.0 is a program
designed to test visual fields using only a personal computer. It uses the monitor to
present the luminous stimuli and the space bar like a push button. This version of the
program (PC Perimetry 2.0) can do
fast screening static computer perimetry at photopic conditions, of the 10, 20 or 30
central degrees of the visual field. It can test monocular as well as a binocular test for
the study of suppression scotomas. Ideal for the detection and study of ocular
defects (maculopathies, established glaucoma, vascular occlusions, retinal and choridal
pathologies, dysfunction of the transparent media, etc.) and neurological anomalies
(amblyopia, optic neuropathies, visual pathway defects, etc.). Low cost and

evaluate and train different visual functions such as: Vergence, Stereopsis,
Ocular fixation, Accommodation, Ocular motility, Suppression, Cortical Integration of
Biocular Images, Eye-hand Coordination, Visual Space Localization, Visual Perception of
Contrasts, Borders and Shapes, Perception of Images with Different Cognitive Components,
Visual Memory, etc.
It can be used for the treatment of Convergence Insufficiency, Exophoria, Esophoria, Esotropia, Exotropia, Nystagmus, Amblyopia, Refractive and Accommodative Dysfunction, Learning, Attention, Concentration and Read/ Writing Dysfunction, Sports Vision, Speed Reading.
